The heart behind Plumeria & Pine

Welcome! I’m Alisha Henrie, the founder of Plumeria & Pine Publishing.

I’m a former preschool teacher, and I continue to homeschool my daughters. Learning alongside them keeps me close to the curiosity, creativity, and everyday discoveries that inspire so much of my work.

My professional background also includes work as a licensed insurance agent and a notary public. Those years taught me the value of listening carefully, following through, and caring for the people behind every conversation.

After years in the corporate world, I stepped into a new chapter with more room for imagination, connection, and the stories I wanted to bring to life.

From an idea to a page

Through coloring and activity books, children’s stories, and personal writing, I hope to create opportunities for individuals and families to learn, imagine, and grow—and for educators and businesses to build meaningful connections through books. Each project begins with something close to my heart: a place to explore, a story to share, or a moment that reminds us we belong.
